CONDITIONS OF MILITARY SUPPORT. LONDON, September 20. The Paris correspondent of “The Times” says that one of the principal points which the French Premier, M. Daladier, made to the Cabinet was that Britain, while not disputing France’s right to honour her obligations to Czechoslovakia, refused to commit herself to military support unless the integrity of France was threatened. Therefore, M. Daladier declared that it was his duty at least to support the presentation of the proposals to the Czech Government.
