TWO CIVILIANS KILLED

ROYAL AIR FORCE MISHAPS IN BRITAIN LONDON, September 16. Two civilians were killed and one injured in two Royal Air Force mishaps today. After a mid-air collision one plane crashed on to a house at Stainford, killing a 22-year-old woman. Three airmen safely parachuted to safety. A 75-year-old fisherman was fatally injured and his companion seriously injured when their boat was struck in the Solent by an amphibian from which the pilot was rescued before it sank.
