RELATIONS CONFERENCE ENDS CONTRIBUTION TO KNOWLEDGE AND’OPINION SYDNEY, September 16. The British Commowealth Relations Conference concluded today. The delegates will attend a reception at the State Government House tomorrow night before dispersing. Sir Thomas Bavin, chairman of the conference, said: “The conference has been a great success and has made a real contribution to knowledge and opinion on the vitally important question of the practicability of co-opera-tion among the members of the British Commonwealth.”
