MUSICAL MOMENTS
On Wednesday next at the Opera House at 8 p.m. David Kalama (D. Gordon Paris), well known to radio listeners with his Hawaiian Ensemble and Jean Mackay with her piano-ac-coraeonists, will present the non-stop variety entertainment, “Musical Moments.” The supporting programme includes Dqrothy Tate’s accomplished ballets and solo dancers; Evelyn Miller, dramatic artist; Betty Coleman,, L.T.C.L., in humorous radio impersonations; Ronald G. Gilbert, radio star; Evelyn Oliver, “queen of the air;” Yvonne Paris, a brilliant juvenile artist of Wellington, who is making her first appearance on the Mastertoi> stage and Ola Curry the clever local tap dancer. This programme provides a most attractive entertainment for all and as it is only a one night entertainment intending patrons should book early at the Arts and Crafts free of charge. The piano-accordeon band will open the performance promptly at 8 p.m., and indications point to a bumper house greeting this talented combination.
