PRIMARY SCHOOLS’ RUGBY TOURNEY. VEALE SCORES 13 POINTS. (“Times-Age” Special.) Playing in the annual Primary Schools Rugby tournament yesterday Wairarapa ‘beat Manawatu 16 —3.- Veale scored 13 points, two tries, two conversions and a penalty goal. Beales scored a try.. The best players in the Wairarapa team were Golder, Veale, Goodin, Gordon and Trilford. In the other match, Wanganui beat Wellington 15 —3.
