FUNDS OF THE COMMITTEE EXHAUSTED SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS POSSIBLE LONDON, August 22. The “Manchester Guardian” says that it is understood that the NonIntervention Committee’s secretary has sent out an intimation that the committee’s funds are now exhausted and unless the Powers represented pay their contributions to, October 10 it will be necessary to dismiss the committee’s staff and representatives abroad and on the seas.
