ATTEMPT GIVEN UP
SIR M. CAMPBELL RETURNING TO ENGLAND. MAY TRY AGAIN IN NEW BOAT NEXT YEAR. GENEVA, Aug. 16. Sir Malcolm Campbell is returning to England. He says that he may make another attempt on the world water speed record near Lucerne in a new boat next year. He reached 128 miles an hour in his final attempt.
