TABLE TENNIS MATCH. KURIPUNI DEFEATS GREYTOWN. (“Times-Age” Special) On Tuesday evening the Greytown Methodist Ping Pong Club entertained a team from the Kuripuni Club, the latter eventually winning by two matches. The results were as follow:— , Ladies’ singles: Kuripuni, 7 matches, 15 games; Greytown, 1 match, 5 games. Men’s singles: Kuripuni, 2 matches 7 games; Greytown, 6 matches 13 games. Ladies’ doubles: Kuripuni, 2 matches; Greytown, 2 matches. Men’s doubles, two matches each. Mixed doubles—Kuripuni, 4 matches; Greytown, 4 matches. Totals: Kuripuni, 17 matches; Greytown, 15 matches. GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS. The draw for the play-off in the Greytown Golf Club’s senior championship is:—J. C. Feast vE. Maddison; H. Bull v H. W. Feast; T. R. Ingley v H. E. Webster; H. R. Feast v B. Kiernan. The following is the draw for the qualifying round for the ladies’ championships to be played on Saturday:— Mrs Bunny v Miss E.
