ORDERED COMPLETE REST. CRUISE TO SCANDINAVIA. (British Official Wireless.) (Recd This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, August 9. Lord Baden Powell, who has been ordered complete rest for at least twelve months, sailed from Liverpool last night in the liner Orduna, with leaders of the Boy Scouts and Girl Guide movements, on a seventeen days’ cruise of Finland, Norway, Denmark and Belgium.
