WAIRARAPA COLLEGE
CONCERT ON FRIDAY. An attractive and varied programme will be presented by the pupils of Wairarapa College next Friday evening at the College Assembly Hall. 'ln addition to items the Pipe Band and Scottish dancing, the programme will contain a one-act play, drill display by a selected squad of girls and musical items. The visiting basketball players from Wellington East Girls’ College, Hutt Valley and Dannevirke High Schools will be guests at the function. The proceeds of the concert will go to the College Pipe Band, and the basketball tournament, and it is anticipated that the hall will be filled to capacity by the very many keen supporters of these College activities.
