Felix Menzel,-'the German cricket leader, is urging England to organise an international cricket tournament. He said: “Unlike football, cricket is soothing and peaceful.” He suggests that the Marylebone Club should play Belgium, Holland, Germany and Denmark. FIFTH TEST. APPOINTMENT OF UMPIRES.
