Dr Hodza is officially opening negotiations tomorrow with members of the Henlein Party, coinciding with Viscount Runciman’s arrival. Meanwhile the Polish and Hungarian national groups are preparing a memoranda, setting forth the case of the Slovaks, which they have decided to submit to Lord Runciman on his arrival. ■ ’ a ‘ ' The Republicans, who are the strongest unit in the Government, have passed a resolution expressing satisfaction with Britain’s contribution to peace.
