VISCOUNT RUNCIMAN LEAVES FOR PRAGUE GOING WITH OPEN PLANS. ’ PRELIMINARY DISCUSSIONS THIS WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) (Recd This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, August 2. Viscount Runciman left for Prague today.
