Take some nice celery, have a large bowl of salted water near, and pare the celery as finely as possible; then throw into the water, and in a short time it will curl up into pretty rings. The juice should be hot. If the contents of a salt container become lumpy, it is a good plan to add a few grains of rice before putting in the salt—this will prevent it from becoming clogged. .......
