NATIONALITIES STATUTE GOVERNMENT AND SUPPORTERS AGREED PRAGUE, July 18. The Czechoslovakian Government and its supporters reached agreement, during the week-end, on the proposed Nationalities Statute. HITLER’S AIDE. AT PRESENT IN LONDON. (Recd This Day, 9.50 a.m.) BERLIN, July 18. It is revealed that Herr Hitler’s Aide-de-Camp, Captain Wiendemann, is at present in London, in connection with, it is assumed, the Czech problem.
