MOTOR FATALITY
WELLINGTON WOMAN KILLED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. An elderly widow, Mrs R. E. Herlund, 144 Upland Road, received fatal injuries when she was knocked down by a motor-car in Upland Road at 7.40 o’clock last night. Mrs Herlund’s right wrist was broken and she received head injuries and concussion. The Free Ambulance was summoned, but the injured woman died before reaching the hospital.
