Y.M.C.A. ADDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF PROMISED DONATION.
The Masterton Y.M.C.A. in conveying information to the Press regarding a promised donation towards the completion of the additions to its building, may possibly have caused a wrong impression to be gained in connection with their proposal for the immediate completion of the new additions—the utility of which in the present incompleted state is so seriously diminished. The promise already made of a donation of £lOO conditionally on the recent additions being proceeded with to their completion is the reason for launching the present effort. The amount needed to complete the unfinished work is estimated to be £3OO, le://ing a sum of £2OO still to be found which it is hoped will be readily subscribed.
The secretary will be pleased to receive donations of one shilling and upwards, and all amounts will be acknowledged in these columns.
