LAND AND WATER TRIALS

MANAWATU CLUB EVENTS. MASTERTON SUCCESSES. Masterton dogs competed with success at the Manawatu Kennel Club’s field trials at Palmerston North on Saturday. Mr W. O. Wilton’s Irish Setter, Dainty, won the open water event and Mr E. C. Fowler’s curly coated Retriever, Waipori Lass, was third in the open water event and third in the open land event. Mr G. F. Birkett won the open land event with his Irish Setter, Basuto Belle.
