MR. W. R. NICOL RE-ELECTED UNOPPOSED. CONTEST FOR WAIRARAPA RURAL SEAT. . Mr W. R. Nicol, of Masterton, has been re-elected unopposed as the Masterton representative on the Wellington Education Board. Colonel T. W. McDonald, a sitting member, is being opposed by Mr Nicholls, of Carterton, for pne of the two Wairarapa rural seats on the board. A postal ballot • will be held of Wairarapa rural school committees, closing on July 20.
