Y.M.C.A. HALL
t MAIN STRUCTURE FINISHED. (To the Editor.) Sir, —May I take the liberty of endeavouring to clear up an incorrect impression that has been received from the appreciated reference in your journal on Saturday evening last, to the new premises of the Y.M.C.A. The hall referred to in the report as "unfinished,” is actually finished and ready for use. The unfinished part has to do with the dressing rooms, shower accommodation and entrance. In these only essential work has been done, pending sufficient money becoming available for completion. It is in these parts of the building that a great deal of voluntary work has been already performed, and numerous generous gifts of money and material have made it possible to expect the completion of these excellent facilities at an early date. Thanking you for your courtesy in permitting this letter of explanation to be published, and for many previous favours. —Yours, etc., A. E. BATE. General Secretary. Masterton. June 28.
