FEATHERSTON
LAND VALUATION. (“Times-Age” Special.) On Wednesday in Featherston Messrs Spellman (Crown Lands Department) Jamieson (State Advances Corporation), and Scott (Government Valuer, Masterton) met a number of settlers from the Bidwill Settlement and their solicitors (Messrs J. W. Card and H. M. Ward, Featherston, and G. D. Wilson, Masterton) when a conference was held in connection with the settlers’ contention that the valuation of their properties was above the productive value.
