TABLE TENNIS MATCH. (“Times-Age” Special.) In the first round of the competition Parkvale played Mauriceville at Mauriceville on Thursday night, Parkvale won all matches with the exception of the A grade. In the A grade, first section, Mauriceville won by 20 games to nil, and in the second section Mauriceville won by 12 games to 8. In the B grade Parkvale won by 16 —4, and also in the C grade by 13—7, the D grade by 18—2 and in the E grade by 14—0. The next club night will be Wednesday 29. PERSONAL. Miss Jean McGovern and her brother, Mr Q. McGovern, are on a visit to the Waikato district. Mr and Mrs F. Tildesley have left on a visit to Taranaki.
