GREYTOWN
GIRL GUIDES. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Greytown Company of Girl Guides will hold a Fair on Saturday afternoon. Mrs J. W. Barnard will officially open the function at 2 o’clock. Special prizes have been offered for the best patrol den and this has caused considerable competition. The barren barn has been transformed into a fairy palace by the Guides and their helpers. PERSONAL. Constable A. Gregor and .Mrs Gregor have left on a holiday which'is to be spent in Wellington. Mr H. Duckworth, of Blenheim, was a visitor to Greytown yesterday. Mr Duckworth is the representative for Marlborough on the Education Board. Colonel Closey’will be in Grey town tonight when he will give an address to farmers.
