ST. JOHN AMBULANCE

MEETING OF THE NURSING DIVISION. The fortnightly meeting of the Nursing Division of the St. John Ambulance Brigade was held in the Lecture Room on Thursday last. There was a good attendance. Miss Whitehouse (Lady Superintendent) took the class in bandaging and also dealt with questions in reference to first aid. Miss Barrer gave a further course in air raid precautions. At a business meeting held the same evening, votes of thanks were passed to Mrs Rue for her great effort to raise funds for the Nursing Division and to Mrs Bartosh and Mrs H. W. Thompson for helping. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, June 30.
