The “Daily Telegraph’s" Saragossa correspondent says General Franco’s troops are within nineteen miles of Sagunto and twenty-two miles of Valencia. A Madrid message states that the loyalists have rallied four miles south of Castellon and established a new line along the Mijares River, on which they are offering a stern resistance to the rebels.
