WINS ENGLISH AND FRENCH DERBYS. ' (Recd This Day, 10 a.m.) PARIS, June 12. A Chantilly message states that the English jockey, Elliott, who rode the Derby winner Bois Roussel, completed a double, by winning the French Derby on Cillas, owned by Marcel Boussac, by lengths.
