Webb) that the New Zealand Petroleum Company has taken out an oil prospecting licence over an area near Dargaville, refers to ( a large tract of country about six miles from Dargaville, near Tokatoka, fronting the deep water Northern Wairoa River, running south towards Maungaturoto.
