PERSONAL ITEMS. Mr Frank Herbert sustained painful injuries at Waihoki, including several broken small bones, when his horse slipped and fell with him on a bridge. He is under medical attention. For health reasons Mr W. G. Gould, who has been accountant for Messrs A. H. Herbert and Co. for a number of years, has resigned from the position owing to ill health. He left on Saturday for Wellington, - where he will reside.
