ENJOYABLE DANCE. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Home and School Association’s monthly dance and euchre party proved very popular at the school last evening. The winners of the euchre were: Ladies —Mrs Grimstone 1, Miss Pathemore 2; men —Mr Houghton 1, Mr Manihera 2. The bridge was won by Mr Chas. Gair. A lucky spot one-step was won by Mr Hector Wallace and Miss Megan Evans. Mr Duffy supplied the music and extras were played by Misses N. Prussing and J. Grant. PERSONAL ITEMS. Mr lan Howat is on a holiday at Napier. The friends of Mrs R. W. MacLaren will regret to learn that she is an inmate of Tiri Hospital. ■ EXTENSION OF POWER LINES. The Power Board is at present engaged in extending the power lines up the Dyerville valley.
