DEFENCE SUPPLIES

PROPOSAL DEFEATED IN LORDS. CREATION OF MINISTRY NOT FAVOURED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 25. A proposal for the establishment of a Ministry of Supply was debated in the House of Lords.
