EKETAHUNA
FAREWELL GATHERING. (“Times-Age” Special.) At the Eketahuna Club on Saturday night a farewell, social gathering was held, the guest of the evening being Mr W. Duffill, who was presented with a handsome travelling rug. Several of those present paid a high tribute to Mr Duffill as a member and his services as minute secretary to the committee. FACTORY MANAGER RESIGNS. Mr D. Kelly, who has been associated with the activities of the Konini Dairy Company for 40 years, while retire from the managership on July 31. MOTOR SMASH. On Sunday night a Masterton-owned car struck the concrete bridge at Newman and was practically wrecked. Some of the occupants were attended by Dr Simmers, of Eketahuna.
