INDOOR BOWLING
MASTERTON CLUB GAMES. The Masterton Indoor Bowling Club continued its rinks section last week, the games being very closely contested. The following are the results: —Finlayson 28 beat Dixon 19, Davies 17 beat Shearer 15, Fenton 23 beat L. Roff 17, Simpson 23 beat C. Roff 22. The games arranged for this week are as folow: —Tuesday, 7 p.m.—No. 1, Hendry v. Fenton; No. 2, Shearer v. Simpson; 8.30 p.m., No. 1, Finlayson v. Pickering; No. 2, Dixon v. C. Roff. Wednesday, 7 p.m.—No. 1, Dixon v. Simpson; No. 2, Hendry v. Finlayson; 8.30 p.m., No. 1, Shearer v. Pickering; No.-2, Davies v. L. Roff. Thursday, 7 p.m.—No. 1, L. Roff v. Davies; No. 2, Park Ferris challenge, Finlayson and Colt (holders) v. Kennard and Wiltshire (challengers); 8.30 p.m., No. 1, C. Roff v. Fenton; No. 2, Plumbers v. Borthwick’s No. 1 team. Players must note their respective skips and be punctual for their games.
