FEATHERSTON COUNTY
NOMINATIONS CLOSE TO-DAY. NO ELECTION NECESSARY. Nominations closed at noon today for the Featherston County Council and the county’s representatives' on 1 the Wairarapa Hospital Board and the Wairarapa Power Board. Nominations also closed for the Kahutara River Board. As the nominations do not exceed the vacancies no election will be necessary in the county except for the Wairarapa district representatives on the Wellington Harbour Board.
