“THE TWO MRS CARROLLS”
DRAMA LEAGUE THREE ACT PLAY. The box plan is now open at Mr V. Joseph’s for the Drama League’s latest production, "The Two Mrs Carrolls,” a thrilling drama by Martin Vale. This will be staged in the Opera House on Wednesday, May 4. and will undoubtedly attract a capacity house. The work of most of the cast is already well known to Masterton audiences through Drama League productions. The players are Mrs W. A. Michael. Misses Betty Coleman. Bebe Francis, Jocelyn Hornabrook. Pat Jordan. Messrs Peter Colvin. A. W. McFarlane and G. W. Morice. The name parts of the two Mrs Carrolls are being played most interestingly by Misses Bebe Francis and Betty Coleman. who interpret the entirely different characteristics of the two women who receive such similar treatment at the hands of the artist Geoffrey Carroll (Mr Peter Colvin). The play is a psychological study of a very unusual and ill-balanced mind, a very difficult play, but one worth while to students of drama.
