RETURNED SOLDIERS MEET. (“Times-Age” Special.) At a meeting of the executive committee of the local bi’anch of the Returned Soldiers’ Association on Tuesday night there were present Messrs ’ A G. Golder (in the chair), Dillon, Russell, Fox, Chambers, Hornblow, S. . Daniel and McLellan. The treasurer’s statement was read and adopted. It was decided to hold the annual meeting and reunion on May 6. Mr B. Jacobs, Dominion vice-president is to be invited to attend the function. Arrangements were made for the disposal of poppies on Poppy Day, April 21, and for the holding of the Anzac Day service. NIREAHA DAIRY COMPANY. Mr E. B. Terry lias been elected chairman of directors of the Nireaha Cheese Company, following the retirement of Mr A. E. Bell, who is giv--ing up dairying. Mr S. Blewett has been appointed a director of the Nirf eaha Cheese Company to fill the vacancy caused by Mr Bell’s resignation. Mr J. Dumbleton, who has been manager of the Nireaha Cheese Company for the past 14 years has resigned. The company has accepted with regret his resignation which take effect at the end of the season.
