Euan Wallace Parliamentary Secretary for Trade, speaking in the House of Commons, in reply to a question by Mr Ellis Smith, (Labour, Stoke), said that whether New Zealand should require imported pottery to be marked with an indication of the country of origin was a matter for the Government of New Zealand. He remarked that pottery imported by Britain already was required to bear an indication of origin.
