GREYTOWN

RENOVATION OF CHURCH. (“Times-Age” Special.) The deacons’ court of the Greytown Presbyterian Church has accepted the tender of Mr D. F. Andrews, of Masterton, for the work of renovating the interior of the Church. WORKMAN INJURED. Mr J. Bonis had the misfortune to sever the index finger of his left hand while using an axe at Mr J. D. Morison’s sawmill at Te Wharau on Tuesday. PERSONAL. Mr Frank Durham, who is on the staff of the Martinborough Post Office, has received word of his transfer to Pongaroa, for which place he will be leaving shortly He will be succeeded by Mr Wilton, of Waipawa.
