EMPIRE PICTURE COMPANY.

On Tuesday evening the above company presented another of those enjoyable programmes that have been screened in Te Awamutu for many months past. The selection was undoubtedly one of tire best we have seen. Three excellent comedies provided pure wholesome fun, and the audience fairly entered into the spirit of the plays and laughed unrestrainedly .The dramatic subjects were of a very high-class order, also the scenics, in fact it would be hard to find fault with any portion of the programme. Good as it was, the management promises something even better on Tuesday evening next, when another specially selected series direct from Fuller and Son’s King’s Theatre Auckland, . will be screened, as will be seen on reference to the company’s advertisement.
