GOLF.
The members of the recently formed Te Awamutu Golf Club, played their first match on Saturday last against a team from Te Kuiti. The visitors spoke in high praise of the new links on the Green Hill Estate and though beaten by the local players were unanimous in their statements of having spent a most enjoyable visit which they hope to repeat at an early date.
