BRUNSDEN CONCERT COMPANY.
The Brunsden Concert Company gave another performance in the Oddfellows’ Hall, Cambridge last evening, when the attendance was much better than on the previous night. Miss Featou was very successful in Pinsuti’s ‘ Nightless Land,’ and Mr W. Aspinall was deservedly encored for ‘ By the Waters,’ and in compliance therewith he sang the old favourite, ‘ There is a Flower that Bloometh.' In the second part of the programme he substituted ‘ Queen of Angels ’ for ‘ In Native Worth,’ from * The Creation’—a wise proceeding. His ‘Asleep in the Deep’ was as good as any of the items. Miss Featon and Mr Aspinall gave a splendid interpretation of the duet ‘ The Sea of Glass,' and the company sang a couple of unaccompanied quartettes that were much appreciated. The company appear in the Volunteer Hall, Hamilton to-night, wh<m no doubt they will be greeted by a large and appreciative audience, The conce t they offer is a long way ahead of those generally presented to a Waikato audience.
