TEACHERS' SCALE OF PAY.
(BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION,) Dunedin, This Day. The committee of the Otago branch of the Teachers’ Institute consider the proposed scale of salary for second male assistants insufficient, but with this exception congratulate the commission on the general success they have achieved.
