The following motion was adopted by a meeting of the Hospital Board yesterday : ‘ That the Trustees of the Napier Hospital consider the time has arrived when a hospital for the special treatment of cancer cases should be erected in one of the large centres, and that the trustees of the various hospitals in the colony be requested to co-operate with a view of approaching the Government to take steps to have such an institution erected as early as possible.
