TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—When the case Spragg v. Edgecumbe was pending, a number of sympathisers expressed a desire to contribute towards defendant's costs. The Secretary of the Waikato Milk Suppliers' Union has recently forwarded me a subsoription list for donations towards the above object and the same now lies at my store.—l am, etc., John Knox.
