(BY TELEGRAPH—PRES.S ASSOCIATION). Gisborne, Last Night. Jodu3 Barton has dismissed the application to remove the lion. Mr Carroll, Wi Pere, and Mr Jackson from the positions of receivers for the trustees in the native trust estate. His Honor said : Whatever may be (he opinion of the Court as to the necessity of change of management of the estate, we find that the receivers have uot seriously failed in the proper performance of the duties entailed on them, and that the charges of misfeaancc, misconduct, or bad behaviour have not been established.
