ARCTIC EXPLORATION.
HERR ANDREE DEAD. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT.) London, February 11. News has been received that a Tunguses tribe has discoved in Yeniseisk province iu Eastern Siberia, part of a balloon, three bodies, and a number of instruments. The bodies are gupposed to be those of Herr Andreo and his two companions, Herr Fraenckel and Dr. Strindberg.
