RITUAL CONTROVERSY.
[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (BY ELECTEIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). London, February 12. In connection with the anti-ritualist movement the National Protestant Union has presented a memorial to the Queen signed by 31 peers, 51 members of Parliament, 22 magistrates, and 1300 clergy, protesting against a section of the clergy undoing the work of the reformation.
