TE AWAMUTU AMATEUR ATHLETIC SPORTS.
At a meeting of the Committee of the Te Awamutu Amateur Athletic Club on Wednesday evening, it was decided to add another race to the programme for Wednesday for ull club officials of forty years and over. The prize will be a handsome trophy, well worth winning, and specially given for this race. The distance will be 100 yards, and the handicaps as arranged by the committee should make the race an interesting one. The heats will be drawn on the ground. The following are the handicaps for the bicycle events at the above meecing : One Milk Bicycle.—Coates and Innes, scratch ; Coomber, 70yds ; Lye, 80yds ; Blackburn, 90yds ; Hammond, 110yds ; Salmon, 120yds ; Richards, 140yds ; von Stunner, 150yds. Three Mile Bicycle.—Coates and limes, scratch ; Coomber, 200yds ; Lye, 250yds.
