WAIKATO AGRICULTURAL SHOW.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—lour Whutawhata correspondent seems to take a lot of notice of the man in the street re show matters, instead of using his own eyes. Let me say that posters and schedules have been sent all over the Auckland province two months and five weeks ago respectively, and that the show has beeu advertised in five newspapers for more than a mouth, besides osuals, etc., which'appear from one year's end to the other. 1 think more good would be done if, instead of growling, peop'e would endeavourto help the committee instead of hinderiug them. lam pleased to say that with the exceedingly unfavourable season and the fact(?) that it has only been known publicly tor a few days, that our show will again hold its own this year.-1 am, etc., Martin Butler, Secretary.
