THE MAPOURIKA.
+ (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, Last Night. Now that the idea of getting off the Mapourika seawards is found to be impossible, steps will be taken to launch her into the river. It is intended to push on the work with all possible speed. The Taupo sails for Greymouth this evening, and will take down winches, haulage gear and whatever material is required, and also a number of men.
