THE ANARCHISTS.
FEELING IN ITALY. (BY IXECTRIC TELKGBAPH COPYRIGHT). (Received Sept. 14, 9.25 a.m.) Rome, September 13. The Revolutionary Committee at Milan has issued a manifesto. An Anarchist, who was distributing it in the street and crying " Death to the King ! " was arrested. The mob made a desperate attempt at rescue. The Anarchist gave his name as Sileso.
